Zone 3
Nervous System Zone
The Nervous System is divided into two parts: the Cerebro-Spinal System and the Sympathetic Nervous System. The Cerebro-Spinal System consists of the brain, spinal cord, and all of the peripheral nerves that are responsible for functions like seeing, hearing, feeling, and movement.
The Sympathetic Nervous System consists of a network of nerves that are responsible for your involuntary functions like breathing, digestion, and circulation.
When this Zone is compromised, your nervous system functions weaker. Your sense organs can be impaired, which can cause your vision and hearing to be affected. Impaired nerve flow going to the organs can cause improper digestion and reproductive issues.
Restoration to your Nervous System Zone can lead to better vision and hearing, better digestion, better reproductive function, a more relaxed feeling, and better sleep.
